Directions by road
Directions for the Bolholt Country Park from the
Motorway Network M60.
Leave the M60 for Whitefield and follow the A56
towards Bury. Follow the A56 past McDonalds
continuing straight on, Est Est Est ( on the right
). Parkhills Motors ( on the right ) and finally the
Town Hall ( large cream building on the right )
before following the road round to the left. One
will see signs for the A58 to Bolton follow the road
down the hill. At the RRG Garage take the 3rd lane
following the signs to Tottington, Walshaw and
Ramsbottom. At the Dusty Miller Public House the
road splits into 3 where one turns left and
immediately left again. We are 1 mile on the right
hand side.
